Follow up

Kickoff written by echocat / Follow-up written by DTack

I stared in horror at the crash. Why did it have to be them? My family, the only people I had, they were gone.

I looked down to see a pool of blood where I was standing. I was so preoccupied with Antonio that I hadn't noticed my own injuries.

Even then, it didn't seem to hurt. The only pain I felt was the nagging memory that I'd never have another day with my parents or with Antonio. You never realize the bond you have as siblings until you lose them.

Then, the world seems to go dark.
