A dark shadow.

A dark shadow controls millions of minds.

One deep dark night a young girl named Melanie walked down an empty street.

She is really pretty, but her heart was brave.

She would walk to a graveyard if she saw one and will walk into a dark forest if she wanted to.

She heard hissing, grunting and groaning, but she wasn't scared.

When she looked down, the noise came from very own shadow!

Then, red eyes opened and her shadow jumped up and went into her.

Melanie felt nothing. Remembered nothing.
And thought of nothing.

Her blue eyes faded and with a blink, her eyes were blood red.

Who knew what happened after that?
