He saw her again today. Just as immaculate, just as shining. Every step she took was as elegant as a dance, and every time she smiled she brightened up the world.

But Hadrian could do nothing. Because he wasn't good enough. Because he was worth as much as the dirt she stood on. Brightened by her presence, but ignored anyway.
