Dreams, nightmares rather ... For twenty years of existence, Nova dreamed of the same scene over and over again. A boy crying by the bloody - red lake. For the past nightmares, every scene were the same. But for a change, the stuck up scene began to roll frame by frame.

Standing opposite of the lake was Nova. She took a step and crossed over the bloody lake despite the blurriness in her vision.

One step ... Two steps ...

She stopped midway. The boy was finally in her sight. He was crying rather guilty than sad. Nova pitied him in an instant.

The silhouette of the boy became even more clearer.

Nova felt a chill in her spine. The boy was smiling. It isn't a wail of the loss but rather a satisfaction of lust. His grin ... It was totally hideous. Nova swallowed before she continued.

The moment the two locked their eyes, Nova jolted up from her bed. She was catching her breath while sweating bullets. She began tearing with her eyes wide open. Her body trembled in astonishment as she said these words in stuttering voice,

"I-It w-was m-me ..."

The vision of her nightmares started flashing before her eyes. The fear when they exchanged stares, it slowly ate her away. She covered her mouth preventing her loud sobbing from getting heard. Looking down the cold floor, her fright hit the ceiling upon seeing a cold body lying in bloody - red pool of its own blood.

"I killed him ..."

Why?
