AURORA-
That night, shivered I with a frosted soul. Aggrieved by your dismay, buds and weeds, wheeched it all. Pricked, was all I felt. How could I reprehend thyself, how would I scourge myself? Sought I no shrine, besieged by thy gratuitous perforate. Felt I addled, with extirpating lenitive. The desert of treachery embraced me tight, where despondency was the knight. Yet gladdened was I, for the desert's sun took my tears, and it rained finally after yesteryears; where arrived my aurora by.

QUILT-
In the quilt of roses, lied I, muffled in a teary envelop; with a sigh. The moist firmament halted its downpour; for it allowed me to fill mine. The greenish woods, quietened in obduracy; so that can whine I. What quested I? Why lying in smithereens, felt I? Was it your embrace for what searched I? Was it your smile that could plenish my insipid well?- pondered I. Had I that answer or questioned I?

SHE WASN’T OF CLAY-
Her soul went astray; confined to her dismay. Tethered by her fray; emotions
Page 1 Page 2
in array. She wasn't made of clay; all she could do, was to pray.

THE CAPERING NATURE-
That night, as the clock struck nine, shrouds of white incarcerated the unbridled shine. Skies turned teary-eyed; pouring in flux. Gladdened were the fireflies, whereby tumultuously moaned the winsomely slumbering buds. Where the unquenchable soil dampened in the swampy embrace, there pirouetted the ducklings in ace. "Splash"-went the swans in Adam's ale, while the owl murmured to the nightingale. Puppies frisked into the marshy clasp, meanwhile bats canoodled the allaying drops. But when deluge found me, mantled was I, beneath the sun's sheath. Perched to panegyrize, the prepossessing jollity, as petrichor glided by.

WAVES OF THE SOUL-
Thoughts were luscious; yet pernicious. The mind unconscious; yet pugnacious. None could see how credulous was the soul; like are the waves to its sea in contiguous.

THE GAZE-
Her fiery soul had set all ablaze; where none could meet her gaze. So besotted one day fine;
Page 1 Page 2
there she trotted and crossed the line.

DECORUM-
It was the odium; which had no decorum. His cry would sound like a hum; for how long could he keep mum.

PAIN-
Though it rained, pain was gained. With despondency ascertained ; how could anyone stop what was preordained.

UNWRITTEN-

The smoke rose without fire; it was nothing but a desire. That was something to admire; like a puppet and its wire. While the wait seemed dire; it was nothing but an unwritten quire.

THEY BELONGED-
It took a millennium; this journey in continuum. She knew he belonged to her from first sight; for he forever was hers by birthright.

GAZILLION HOPES-

Lights went on with a knock on the door; wind blew and hopes scattered on the floor. Memories sailed on a dreamy moor; life comes with an either or.

THROUGH THE PERIPATETIC-
That love was platonic; it crossed the Atlantic. Heartbeats were nomadic; she was touched by magic.

THE SOLITUDE-
She felt his hand on her palm; and became calm. All was so warm, till she
Page 3 Page 4
realized she cried in her own arm.

MISCELLANEOUS GLEE-
It was so saccharine, like mandarin.
Days passed by and came the night;
while every dawn promised everything will be fine.

THE SEPARATION-
She knew the journey was ending; she saw everything collapsing. It was time to let him go; she wanted to say no. She tightly held his hands by; but alas he left without saying goodbye.

THE HANDS OF GOD-
He never lets us fall; saves us even before we call. O’ Lord, You hear through every heart; perfection is your art. We seek You today and tomorrow; You are the only appeasement to our sorrow.

SOME DREAMS-
Your love was my only light; for even in darkness I would shine really bright. For you, I left the doors of my heart ajar; little did I know, you’d steal my dreams and fly far.

MIRAGE OF LOVE-
Storm brewed at sunset; there where sky and earth met. Gazillion stars and thundering clouds were dealt; by the mirage of love, all decided to therefore melt.
